GIVING

TITHE ——The Seventh-Day Adventist world-wide church structure is supported by the Biblical, God-directed commandment to tithe a 10% of the increase of each household.  These funds do NOT stay in the local church but are sent to the area conferences and up to the world-wide general conference.  This method of support keeps the worldwide church cohesive and in unity, directed at our all-encompassing objective to share the Three Angel’s Messages with the world to prepare them for Christ’s soon return.

OFFERINGS ——Free will donations, also Biblically directed, go to support the local church budget (heat/air conditioning, lights, literature, building maintenance, etc); donations are also needed for ministries, special events, pathfinders/adventurers, etc.
